和のフルコースと締めの鶏中華ラーメン
山形県米沢市、米沢駅から徒歩4分ほどの場所に「住の江（すみのえ）」があります。
店構えがしっかりしていて、以前から気になっていたお店です。
今回、夜の飲み会で初めて訪れました。
このお店は、ランチタイムは予約不要ですが、メニューはそばとラーメンのみ、
ディナータイムは予約が必要で、メニューはコースのみのようです。
コース内容は、刺身や米沢豚、和牛ステーキなど、どの料理も美味しかったです。
そして、食事の締めは、ご飯ではなく「鶏中華ラーメン」でした。適度な塩加減で、飲んだ後の一杯として絶妙でした。
「住の江」は、個室が完備されており、落ち着いた雰囲気で心地よく食事を楽しめるお店です。

「住の江」は山形県米沢駅から徒歩約4～5分の場所にある郷土料理店です。
夜はコース予約のみですが、昼は予約不要で、そば、ラーメン、丼ものを気軽に楽しめます。
この日はランチで訪問しました。以前、夜のコースの締めで食べて美味しかった「肉中華（冷）」（800円）を注文しました。
スープが絶品で、醤油ベースの鶏の旨みが活かされていて、甘みがあります。
濃いめの味ですが、ネギや三つ葉と一緒にスープを飲むと、さっぱりとした味わいに変わります。
そして、トッピングの刻み海苔と天かすを加えると、天かすのサクサクした食感と海苔の風味が増して、さらに味わいが深まります。
お肉もスープとの相性がよく、美味しかったです。
「住の江」の肉中華は冷たいスープが絶品です。またランチで訪れたいと思いました。
