デブリーマン、とんかつ。
揚げ物をもとめ新庄にあるとんかつやへ。
店内は、カウンターと畳敷きのこあがり。
平日のお昼でしたが12時頃には、密を避けた配席もありほぼ満席状態。
とんかつ専門店のため基本的にメニューは、
ロースがメインでヒレや、ささみなどもあります。
今回は上ロース定食（230g、1,880円）をご飯大盛りで注文しました。
飛騨豚を使った低温で揚げた白い衣のとんかつ。
うっすら塩味がついており、そのままもしくは
ワサビをつけて食べます。
飛騨豚は柔らかい肉質で脂もしっかり付いていますが低温調理で油切れもよくすっきりとした味わい。
良質なとんかつです。
ここのとんかつは塩で食べることが基本ですが、
デブリーマンは炭水化物が必須のため、定食で食べるときにご飯との相性を考えると是非ソースやタレ版も食べてみたい。
定食のご飯は少しもっさり、赤出汁のみそ汁もうすくメインのとんかつと比較すると残念な感じ。
とんかつが本当に美味しいのでメイン以外も美味しくなれば間違いなく名店になるかと思います。
