感染対策のためか、一時期は閉店時間がずいぶんと早まっていて何度ふられたことか(涙)。
…と、この日は約半年ぶりに王将での晩ご飯です。
夕食は米粒を食べたいタイプのため、
たいてい注文は麻婆丼or中華丼の2択でしょうか。
どちらにしようか悩んでいると、ふと「麻婆天津丼」なるメニューの画像に目が釘づけ！
今まで存在に気づいていませんでした。
反射的にスタッフのおねーさんに注文していました。
●ふわとろ麻婆天津飯(790円)
冬の日本海の岩場の如く荒々しく盛られた麻婆豆腐の真ん中に、
満月のように丸いふわふわの卵焼きが。
小島がぽっかりと浮かんでいるみたい。
ふわふわの卵にレンゲをさくっと入れます。
すると、中から半熟部分がとろ〜りと顔を出します。
この絵図、ふと「たんぽぽオムライス」を思い出しました。
卵の下は白飯と、卵もご飯もあっさりシンプルで麻婆豆腐とは対照的。
麻婆豆腐の辛さは子供でも食べられるレベル、でも物足りない程ではありません。
白飯と麻婆だけ、あるいは卵×白飯×麻婆をいっぺんに食べたり、
「一粒で二度美味しい」的に、自分で色々と味に変化をつけて食べられるのが楽しい一品でした。。
