予約なしではいれました。
18,19時になるのつれてお客さんも続々来たので、予約は必須だと思います。
お通しが鶏皮をつけたもので、もううまい。
最高にお酒がすすみ、これからの料理も期待大です。
ビール２、いぶりがっこ、串盛り合わせ5本、唐揚げ、日本酒２合(謙信と京ひなきらめきの吟)、だし巻き卵、皮串、つくね、親子丼２
これだけ頼んで、締めの親子丼に無理やりお腹に詰め込んで、お腹いっぱいになって、一人4000円ぴったしはすごすぎです。
焼き鳥は、どれも炭火の特徴である、表面がこんがりで、中がジューシーな仕上りです。
鶏皮も、全体がプルプルしているのではなく、表面がこんがりで、中身が油のつまって皮です。
どうも皮をトルネード状に串に刺してあるので、見た目は皮にはみえないです。
つくねも、機械でねりつぶした均一で細かいお肉ではなく、包丁で叩いたような大小不均一の食感がとてもよいつくねでした。
唐揚げもたくさんあり、レモンだけでなく、やきとりのつけダレ？でいただけるようでとても美味しいです。
日本酒は本当に種類がおおく、完売も多く、人気度が伺えます。
辛口・甘口だけでなく、その日本酒の風味など感想が書いてあり、メニューをみて日本酒を探すのがとても楽しいです。
あと、いぶりがっこは日本酒にとてもあいます。
だし巻き卵、親子丼も値段の割りにとても量がおおく、おいしく、満足できました。
店員さんも、とても愛想が良くて、エレベーターでも、挨拶していただきました。
このお店だけでなく、立川まで好きになりそうでした。
また来たいです。
