平日の午後1時近くに伺いました。
店内は8割の入り。
店内は先ほどまで満席だった様子で、空いているすべての席には食べ終わった食器類がそのままになっています。
私が戸惑っているのをみて、奥さまと思われる方がすぐに気づいて片付けてくれ、無事にカウンターに着席。
生姜焼き＆カキフライセットを注文。
ご主人は厨房でテキパキと調理しており、二人で声をかけながらお茶出し、注文、調理、配膳、片付けと忙しそうに動いています。
注文してから気づきましたが、私の発注品ば2種類の調理が必要で、私よりも5分ほど後から来た煮魚御膳注文の人はすぐに提供されますが、私はしばしお預け状態。
ご主人も提供時にお待たせしてすいませんと心遣いの声かけをしてくださいます。
生姜焼きの味付けは優しく、カキフライも熱々、小鉢が二皿付いていて看板にもおばんざい料理と書いてあるように京都のおばんざい風です。
腹ペコだったこともあり、あっという間に完食。
ご馳走様でした。
次回は煮魚御膳を注文しますね。
