んー、以前行った事あったかなぁ〜の柿島屋さん。
予約無しで夕方18:45頃に到着。
激混み。
名前を書いて待つ事約40分。

ビールの前に馬刺しと鍋が勢い良くドンっとすぐに提供。
カットして置いてあるのかな？？
それにしても早っ！！！
腹ペコなので良い事だ。
そしてビールジョッキが勢い良くテーブルにドンっと置かれビールの泡が飛ぶ。
満席の店内でスタッフさん達は超忙しない。
そんな中でも鍋の肉の火の通し方をレクチャーしてくれるお気遣いもして下さったスタッフさんも。

上の部位はロースで、並はモモだそう。
食べ比べてみたくなり並を注文。並950円
やっぱりすぐに出てくる。
滑らかさ！？舌触り！？が違うのは分かるけど味だって上にも遜色ない旨さだよ。
食べ比べてみるとやっぱり上馬刺しの方が好きかな。
メガハイ下さーい（S3倍分とか）。
馬鍋の肉は火を通し過ぎると硬くなるのでソコ注意。
刺身を鍋でレア気味にして火を通してみれば良かったなぁと。
