ランチタイムに妻と店外メニューを見ていたら可愛らしいお嬢さんから絶妙なお声がけが。これは入るしか無い。
パエリアランチ サラダ デザート ドリンク付き ¥1600。 パエリアは牡蠣と菜の花、姫牡甘海老と下仁田葱の２種をシェア。 サラダは結構な盛り。 グリーンリーフ ケール ビーツ、胡桃他具沢山。 ヨーグルトドレッシングが爽やかかつ旨味が濃い。
牡蠣と菜の花のパエリアはプリプリの牡蠣と緑鮮やかな菜の花が良いコントラストで、ブラウン系のソースが中々旨味が濃い。
姫牡甘海老と下仁田葱のパエリアは殻付甘海老の食感と下仁田葱の甘味がトマト系のソースと良くマッチしている。パエリアの鉄板の縁のおこげ迄美味かった。
デザートはご愛嬌程度だが、コーヒーは欧州テイストで中々いけた。
セット外一品は 鹿児島産ヤリイカの鉄板焼き ¥980。烏賊がプリプリで、ソースに烏賊の腑が使われて、くどく無い程に濃厚で美味い。良いツマミになる逸品だ。
あと、ご褒美にハイボール ¥550 を2杯。
本格パエリアを1人前でオーダー出来るのが素晴らしい。
あと、サービスもランチとしては素晴らしく、料理の提供タイミング、ドリンクの提供タイミング等も含めてお客に良く目を配られており、気持ち良く食事が出来た。
