朝食メニューのチョイスの幅が広がったので
行ってみた。
ここ小金井関野町店は
玉川上水と並行する五日市街道沿い、
南北に通る東大通りと交わる関野橋交差点のすぐそば。
北側には広大な小金井公園を控え、
南側には法政大学小金井キャンパスがある。
スライドドアを開けると右手に
タッチパネル券売機、
「店内」を選んでから
「Wで選べる玉子かけごはんミニ」（260円）
卵チョイス：生卵・半熟卵
小鉢チョイス：納豆・とろろ・ミニ牛皿・冷やっこ・ミニカレー
前々回は半熟卵、ミニカレーをチョイス、
前回は生卵、とろろをチョイス、
今回は生卵、冷やっこ。
この店舗は
券売機からオーダーはキッチンには飛ばない
セルフ化はまだ完全ではない店。
席に着くと、
スタッフが温かいお茶を持って来て、
食券の半分を持ち帰り、
また席まで届けてくれるシステム。
お膳が間もなく届く。
今回はおでん屋によくある
豆腐をご飯にのっけた、とうめしに挑戦。
松屋は調味料が充実しているので色々試せる。
有名なのは牛めしにフレンチドレッシングをかけるやつ。
味噌汁にはいつものように七味を少し振る。
前にミニカレーをご飯にかけた時は
焼肉のタレで少しコクを増した。
とうめしは
おでん鍋で煮た豆腐を白ご飯にのっけるわけだが、
すき焼き風のソースを作ればいいのかもと、
取ったのはBBQタレと醬油のボトル。
BBQタレ7、醤油3
くらいで混ぜてみた。
小指で味見、
あっ！いいんじゃない♪
生姜がのった右半分は
そのまま醤油でいただくことにして、
左半分の豆腐をこの特製ダレに絡めてから、
ご飯にのっけた。
おぉ、
BBQソースの甘みと醤油のさっぱり感が
混じっていい感じの仕上がり♪
後半はTKGにすべく、
生卵に醤油にポン酢を足して
酸味でさっぱり感を増す作戦。
おぉこれもいい感じ、
残り半分の生姜醤油の冷奴で
TKGをかきこんで
美味しくいただく。
