新型コロナ禍で家族での夕食外食はほぼやってなかったけど、最近少しずつ出かけ始め、ようやく妻が1番望みであった焼肉屋に伺う時が来た。
うちの近所では同じような形態の焼肉屋としてキングさんと双璧となってる坂井さん。
国産牛のメニューが多いのが売りの焼肉食べ放題。
色々食べた中で、国産牛切り落としカルビ（塩ダレ）が一番柔らかく、美味しかったと思う。
国産牛カルビの方が単品での値段は倍くらいするけど、味と柔らかさは切り落としの方が良いと思った。
後は、ガリバタのフィレ肉は、ガリバタに付けるのではなく肉だけでいただいた方が美味しいと思う（焼き方にもよるけど）。
総論的には、肉のサイズとか薄さのインパクトはキングさんが優ってたかな。
デザートは人数分の数しか注文できないシステムやった。

記念日の焼肉ディナー無くなった代わりに、次の日にこちらに寄らせてもらった。
お肉は脂が全体的に少なめなので、赤み的な味がよく味わえると思う。
肉の味は淡白ではあるけども、粉手のチェーン店としては肉の質や調理は一番良いと思いますね。
1人一品のデザートは、かなりレベル上がってました。
