平日二時過ぎにお邪魔しました！
初めてなのでオススメをお姉さまに聞いたら、
辛いの大丈夫なら辛つけ麺を、と。
辛つけ麺煮卵つき中盛1000円を頂きました。
機械で食券を買いました。
麺が、小麦プラス
タピオカ粉、うどん粉を使用されていて、
もちもちで弾力があり、美味しい。
スープはぐらんぐらんに沸騰し鉄鍋で出てきます。
熱々が続いて嬉しい。
つけ汁も魚粉がたっぷり入り、ピリ辛で
濃い目ですが、さっぱり、しっかりで、
麺がどんどん進みました。
煮卵は半熟ドロっとして、
チャーシューはやわらかくてお口で溶けました。
並みで良かったかな〜中盛りは食べ過ぎました！
大変美味しいラーメンでした。
