日本を元気にする博多長浜らーめん
一口のスープで多くの人を魅了する博多長浜らーめん。 |
土曜日18時頃に4名で訪問したところ、外まで長い待機列が、、、。1時間は並びを覚悟していたところなんと30分くらいでテーブル席に入れました。店内はめちゃくちゃ回転効率が良く、提供もスピーディー。整備された提供システムです。ストレスフリーなお店！
頼んだのはネギチャーシューメン。ネギモリモリでチャーシューも数えてないけど8枚くらい入ってて大変満足。他の具材はキクラゲとのり！
食感の楽しいキクラゲとネギのアクセントがたまらん。味変で紅生姜いれてもさっぱり食べれていいです。チャーシューは薄切りで味はしっかり。王道に美味しい。
麺はバリカタで。博多ラーメンらしく細麺でスープと良く絡みます。スープはとろとろすぎる豚骨。脂感は強くなく、濃厚なのにあっさりという不思議な仕上がり。さらっと完食しちゃいました。
激辛注意、とかかれた高菜が卓上においてあり、挑戦。ほんっとうに結構辛い。でもだいぶ美味しい。
店内豚骨臭がすごい笑。でもそれだけスープも豚骨を感じる。博多で食べるよりはお値がはるがまた来たくなる味でした。
