Izakaya specializing in smoked Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is rare.
This is a rare smoked Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Tokyo, facing the park next to Komagome Station. This time I asked for the light course for 3,680 yen. The dishes include [smoked wiener & cheese] [Caesar salad] [Karaage fried young chicken] [assorted smoked meat (bacon/tofu/mentaiko/pickled radish/egg]) [fried lotus root scissors] [bacon and burdock mixed rice] The food is smoked and highly fragrant, and the drinks go well! The fried chicken/scissors are freshly fried, and the smoked platter is generously portioned, making you very satisfied.The aroma of smoked bacon on the rice also stimulates your appetite.Smoked... You can often find them individually, but it's hard to find a shop that specializes in smoking, so it's a valuable shop.The smoked smell inevitably sticks to your clothes, but I think it's proof that the shop takes their products very seriously. .I had a satisfying time with everything. 燻製メニューの豊富さに圧倒、そしてビールが進む
駒込駅横の公園に面した燻製居酒屋さんです。
チーズ、ベーコン、卵、笹かまなんかはどこでもありますが、燻製豆腐/燻製さわら/燻製明太子まで来た日にはもうノックアウトですわ。
お通しは燻製ソーセージとチーズが出てきまして、良い燻製の風味と味付けでビールが進みます。
(あ、お疲れ様セットをまずは注文…[A=1ドリンク&3おつまみ][B=2ドリンク&1おつまみ]のいずれかです)
燻製とビールでがつがつ食べつつ、シーザーサラダ/サバの燻製/燻製盛り合わせ/コロッケセットなどを頼んで、住めて燻製風味が聞いていて最高でした。
しめは燻製カレー…燻製ベーコンを使ったカレーでこちらもしっかり燻製のお味が。
意外と街中で見かけない燻製居酒屋、駅近なこともあり何回か使っていますが良きです。
課題があるとしたら、、、
‐燻製のにおいが服&髪の毛につく
‐店員さんがもうちょっとフレンドリーならばなあ(忙しい中で2人で回してるので仕方ないけど)
ってとこですかね。
とはいえ、押しなべて満足!!ごちそうさまでした^^

駒込駅北口のソメイヨシノ公園(徒歩1分くらい)に面した桜を眺められる絶好の場所に構えております。
今回は会社の同僚と飲みに行こうということで雨風は強いながらも伺いました。ドアを開けるといつもながら燻製の良い匂いが出迎えてくれて、ビールが飲みたくなります!!
てなわけで最初はビール&燻製セットCを注文しまして、お通しのチーズ&ソーセージ燻製でまずはビールを。
燻製セットCは[ベーコン/豆腐/たくあん/卵/鰆/明太子/笹かま]の燻製盛、ベーコンは軽く炙ってありとろける感じ、卵は味付け半熟で、鰆は西京焼きでほんのり甘く、さらに豆腐はまるでチーズのような味わい。これはビールが進みますなあ。
そこからシーザーサラダ/鶏唐揚げ/レンコンはさみ揚げを注文、シーザーサラダは量たっぷりでドレッシングのチーズ感が良く、唐揚げは鶏に味が良くしみ込んでおり揚げたてホクホク、はさみ揚げも揚げたてで挟んである鶏ひき肉が良い感じ。
押し並べて大満足なビール&おつまみの組合せで楽しんだ後はシメ!!こちらの名物である燻製カレーを注文であります。燻製カレーは風味と喧嘩せずに燻製の香りが相まって非常に美味しいのです
ワンオペで回しているので、料理の提供は若干時間かかりますがゆっくりするには良きお店です。
結構来客もあってラストには満席に近い状態になってましたが、ワンオペ故の大変さ…緩く優しく呑みに行くには良きです。
