古民家を改装した感じも店構えも店内の雰囲気も京都にある割烹や居酒屋を彷彿させますね
まずは広島県呉市大崎下島にて生産される無農薬の太陽のレモンを使ったサワーで乾杯です
スーパーレモンサワーと自家製蜂蜜レモンサワー共に爽やかで力強い香りだね
お通しは冷たい茶碗蒸し
ゆずのジュレとオクラがのった爽やかで夏らしく涼しげな一品
京丹後浅茂川漁港の天然物刺身五点盛合せ
明治時代に京丹後網野町で開業した老舗鮮魚店井文商店の協力を得て仕入れた天然鮮魚たち
この日の盛合せはクロダイ・スズキ・ハマチ・炙りサゴシ・エノミダイでしたよ
刺身によって琴引の塩やちょっと甘めの京丹後の坂長醤油と分けて頂きましょう
自家製スモークベーコン入り京しば漬けのポテトサラダ
細かく切られたしば漬けはポテトの中でアクセント＆ハニーマスタードでマイルドな味わい
ベーコンもしっとり美味
お酒も京都しばりでオーダーしたよ
伏見の蒼空純米はすっきり飲みやすくてスイスイ

プルンプルンの自家製湯葉豆富と自家製出汁ジュレは箸休めにもぴったりだね
続いて玉川山廃純米無濾過
アイスブレーカーではないけど特濃マイルドでキリッとした酸味を感じましょう
和牛大トロホルモン京風もつ焼
もつ吉って言う店名なんだからお店の三大名物の１つもつ焼は外しちゃダメでしょ
炭火で焼いてたトロトロホルモン・タン・牛ハラミを九条葱と黒七味や柚子胡椒で頬張りましたぁ
京のジェラート盛り合せ
きな粉・抹茶・ほうじ茶とも自家製で特に抹茶が濃厚でなかなか秀逸ですよぉ
京都宇治抹茶ミルクはハーフサイズで
３時間かけて作る自家製練乳と濃厚な抹茶のほろ苦さの対比がいいね
お口もスッキリです
京都の美味しい物を気軽な値段設定と雰囲気で楽しめる素敵なお店で近所あったら間違いなく通っちゃいます
