八重山そば1080円
Y's Cafe 杉並区西荻北3-31-10 1F
12時25分ころ初訪麺。
沖縄料理のお店かと思っていたらカレーが人気のカフェでした。
汁ありの八重山そばを注文。焼きそばタイプもあるそうです。麺類は他には無さそうです。
10分ほどして着丼。
具沢山ですが、豚肉は入ってませんでした。
スープはやはり沖縄そばに近い。麺も少し太目でうどんみたい。
コレーグスを振りかけて。
ちょい入れ過ぎたかと思いましたが、良い感じ。
しかし、全体の味は西荻南の星の浜食堂さんの方が美味しいかな？値段も安いし。
ま、具の量が違い過ぎますが。^ - ^
八重山そばには豚肉は入らない物なのかな？
ボリュームたっぷりなので、お腹いっぱいになりました。
