本場の沖縄料理と新鮮な牡蠣が楽しめます。
以前から平日の仕事終わりに何度も利用しており、
遅くまで営業してるため重宝しています。
落合駅と東中野駅の中間に位置し、どちらの駅からも徒歩数分です。
お店は2階建てで、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
カウンターには水槽があり、海ぶどうがふわふわと泳いでいる？のがシュールです。笑
よく注文するのは
・牡蠣
・海ぶどう
・沖縄そば
牡蠣は全国の産地から仕入れた旬のものが、常時数種類用意されています。
どれも大ぶりで立派、身はぷりぷり！
食べ比べもできますし、時期によって産地が変わるため色々な種類を楽しめます。
また沖縄そばをはじめ、伝統的な沖縄料理が揃っています。
朝ドラ「ちむどんどん」を観て知ったフーチャンプルーもこちらで初めていただきました。
沖縄そばは出汁と麺がとても好みで、いつもスープまで飲み干してしまいます。
麺はもちもちで、出汁の香りがすごく良くてお気に入りです。
直近で伺った際にたまたま注文して気に入ったのは、フーチーバーのヒラヤーチー。
小麦粉を卵と出汁で溶き、ニラやネギなどを入れて平たく焼いたチヂミのようなもの。
とても大きくて2人で食べるにはボリュームがありましたが、美味しくてぺろりと完食しました◎
