週末、東急池上線・長原駅界隈まで妻とウォーキング。ランチは、駅から5分程度歩いたところにあるイタリアンにて。（中原街道を都心方面へ、環七を超えてスグ。ビルの2階にあるので通り過ぎに注意ですよ。）。
店内に入ると奥に石窯が見えました。ならばと、二人ともピザを注文することにしました。
・ビアンケッティ（1100円）：シラス、ニンニク、オリーブ、モッツァレラ
・プッタネスカ（1200円）：アンチョビ、オリーブ、ニンニク、モッツァレラ、トマトソース
（＋150円でドリンクバー）
サラダ、スープをいただきながら焼きあがるのを待ちます。
まずはビアンケッティ登場。
最初見たときに「小さい！ 具が少ない！」と思ったのですが(^^)、一口食べてみると、ピザの生地にボリュームがあります。特に端のほうは、こんがりモチモチで大変美味なのですよ。
次はプッタネスカ。一枚目を食べ終えた絶妙のタイミングで登場です。シンプルなトマトソースのピザですが、しっかりと塩味が効いて、こちらも大変美味でした。
二人でシェアして、お腹いっぱいになりました。
デリバリーのピザだと、ついつい「トッピング（具）」に関心がいってしまいますが、当店のピザは生地が主役なのですね。適度な塩加減、絶妙な焼き方でとても美味しかったです。むしろ具が控えめのほうがバランスがよいかもしれませんね（※皮肉で言っているのではありませんよ。）
駅からちょっと離れているのが難ですが、美味しいナポリピザを食べたくなった時におススメのお店です。
