食べログ2022年パンTOKYO百名店
武蔵小山エリアでは『ネモ』と双璧を成すベーカリー。
イートインスペースが無いのでなかなか足を運べなかったのですが、パルム商店街の途中を左に折れたすぐのところにあります。
想像以上にコンパクトなサイズ感。
意識しないと視界にすら入らない。
とりあえず買ってる人が多そうなミルクフランスを手に取りつつ、後は適当にチョイス。
なんかどのベーカリーでもクロワッサン買ってる気がします。
クロワッサンって寿司屋で言うと小肌に近いイメージ。
見た目や原材料はどこも大体同じだけど、味わいはそれぞれ。
なんとなくそのベーカリーの方向性が分かる気がするので、マッチングを図る上で良い指標。
何言ってんだよどっか行けって感じですねすみません黙ります。
美味しいですけど、特筆すべき点は特に無くてコメントに困る。
都内onlyでパン屋の百名店作るってのがそもそも微妙な気がする。EASTとかにしたら？
でも日常的に食べるならこういうのが良いのかもな〜。
