東京、神奈川に数店舗展開しているアジアンビストロ。
二子玉川店は駅前にあり、地下の広々とした空間にありました。
タイ料理を中心に中華料理も充実。タパスなども楽しめるお店ということで、プーパッポンカリーと葱チャーシューと干豆腐の胡麻油和えをいただきました。
まず葱チャーシューと干豆腐の胡麻油和え。麺状の干豆腐に細かく切ったチューシューと長ネギとパクチー。
シンプルに美味しく。サラダ的感覚でもいただけますし、麺状であることによって主食感もあるのが良いです。
プーパッポンカリーはソフトシェルクラブのフリットが真ん中にドーンと鎮座する映えスタイル。
見た目のみならず味もなかなか。
オーセンティックなものより油が控えめで、卵は細かく混ぜられてペースト状になっており、これをカニに絡めながら食べます。
美味しいですね。
店員さんのサービスもしっかりしており、各地に店舗数を増やしているだけのことはあるなと納得したのでした。
