Our gamjatang is made with pork bone soup, which is made by simmering pork backbone for over 10 hours, seasoned with homemade gochujang, and topped with chunky potatoes, pork backbone with meat that has been simmered until soft, char siu, green onions, chives, and chrysanthemum, making it a delicious and spicy hot pot with plenty of vegetables. This hot pot is also full of collagen, which is expected to have a skin-beautifying effect! The capsaicin contained in the chili peppers helps burn fat, making it an irresistible dish for women. We also have a wide selection of toppings, so one way to enjoy it is to try making your own original gamjatang by adding various ingredients.
