家族で久しぶりの食事をフレンチで。
都立大学で以前から行きたいと思っていた念願のお店へ。
帆立のタルタルとホワイトアスパラのムースは相性も良く、とても美味しかったです。
新玉ねぎを使った冷製ポタージュも新玉ねぎの甘みが強く、濃厚な味わいが特徴。
新玉ねぎの季節は個人的に大好きです。
愛媛県産の真鯛は皮目がパリッと焼かれていて、中はふっくら。
甘エビのソースとの相性も良く上品なお魚料理でした。
メインは牛ヒレ肉とフォアグラのポワレ ロッシーニ風。
柔らかな牛ヒレ肉の上に厚みのあるフォアグラが乗っていて贅沢な逸品。
フォアグラの特有の旨みと甘みが強く、牛ヒレとピッタリ。
デザートにはサプライズでプレートを用意していただきました。
