予約は1週間前でも運良く取ることできました。駅から離れてるのとジャンルがニッチだからかよく分かりません。
コース料理(6900円)1本になります。
どの料理もクリエイティブで美味しかったですが、
特に美味しかった料理から順にメモを残します。
・発芽大豆ひき肉炒め
ダントツで美味しかったです。
・汁なし担々麺(コースの締か追加か忘れました)
チャーハンと麺のハーフ&ハーフにしました。
→汁なし担々麺オンリーでよかったかも。
・春巻き
→王道ですが、この皮の薄さでパリッという食感を残しているのが、凄かったです。
・寒ブリ漬け
→油を使った料理が多いので、ここでサッパリできます。刺身の鮮度も抜群。
・泡姜牛肉辛味煮込
ご飯と一緒に食べたくなる一品。
