野菜中心のブュッフェスタイルのお店で食べた料理は、野菜の鮮やかさと新鮮さを前面に出した一皿でした。木の温もりを感じさせる大皿に盛り付けたザクロを散りばめたルッコラのサラダは、目にも鮮やか。パスタはオリーブオイルの香りが食欲をそそります。サイドの柔らかな豆腐は、シンプルながら豊かな味わいがあり、軽く焼かれた芋がアクセントになっていました。別の皿には、ふんわりとした豆腐と水菜、ナッツのコンビネーションが絶妙で、穏やかな味の調和を楽しむことができます。食後の皿はほとんど空で、満足感と共にナチュラルな雰囲気の中での食事が印象的でした。このブュッフェは、健康に気を使いつつも味の豊かさを求める人にとって、理想的な選択となるでしょう。
