下目黒にある本格ナポリピッツァ「PIZZAジャルディーノ」。中目黒の名店「SAVOY」が暖簾分けした姉妹店です。センターに大きな赤い薪釜、周りを囲むようにL字のカウンター席。テーブル席もありますが、割とこじんまりしています。土日は予約してから訪れた方が良いかもしれません。
マルゲリータは、
生地は薄くてカリカリでありながら縁はモチモチの食感。
トロトロでジューシーなモッツァレラチーズと、全体に均等に行き渡ったフレッシュなトマトソース、そしてバジルの香りが絶妙でした。焼きたての熱々をあっという間にペロリと食べてしまいました。
ボロネーゼもフェットチーネのようなモチっとしたパスタで、肉の旨味とトマトペースのソースとの相性が抜群。
駅から少し歩くので、高いクオリティですが割と空いてて穴場感あります。目黒エリアだったら間違いなくおすすめのピザ屋さんです！
