平日とはいえ雅叙園のランチタイムはどこも予約で一杯。タイミングよく入れたのがココでした。
鉄板のある席へ案内いただき、メニューを渡されます。普通のステーキランチは5,000円程度ですが、せっかくなので「目黒店限定 目黒ランチ 6,600円」をオーダー。これはステーキセットの前に魚かホタテの鉄板焼が付くようです。ビール飲みながら待つとシェフ登場。
まず最初にホタテ。プリプリのホタテに濃厚クリーミーなウニソースが最高。これはつける価値ありました。ついでほうれん草のソテーやサラダ。ソテーも美味い。メインのお肉は黒毛和牛ロース肉150gを選択。お肉はもちろん美味しいのですが、脂身をカリカリに炒めたものや刻み玉ねぎなどサイドも工夫が凝らされており最後まで飽きずにゆっくり食事ができました。お箸で食べられるのもいいですね。
食後は別席へご案内。これでお肉の匂いとは別の世界で食後のコーヒーとデザートを頂きます。
これだけの内容をこの場所・空間でゆったり味わう、実はリーズナブルなのかもと思えるほどでした。ごちそうさま。
