ディナータイムに初訪問。都内に何店舗かある「御膳房」との関係は不明（聞きそびれた）。
先客後客なしの貸切状態。開店後間もないこともあり、店内は綺麗で清潔感あり。
ディナータイムもランチタイム同様、定食等があるが、グランドメニューから陳麻婆豆腐と海鮮黒チャーハンをオーダー。
先ず、ぐつぐつ煮立った陳麻婆豆腐がサーブされた。大量の山椒が特長（メニューに麻婆豆腐もあるが、主な違いは山椒の有無とのこと）。
見た目通りの辛さに加え、後から痺れが押し寄せる。いつの間にか汗が噴き出し始めた。この辛さ＆痺れは本格的。
陳麻婆豆腐を半分ほどいただいたところで、ボリューミーな海鮮黒チャーハンがサーブされた。
オイスターソースで味付けされており、具はエビとイカ。オイスターソースの香りを楽しみながら美味しくいただいた。
接客は丁寧で、店を出る時、店主が厨房から深々とお辞儀をされていた。町中華として、今後に期待したい。

ディナータイムに再訪。大門界隈は個性のある中華料理店（新亜飯店、味芳斎、東海飯店、最近オープンした雲林坊、等）が乱立しており、此方は久しぶりの訪問。
今回も辛さ増しの陳麻婆豆腐と海鮮黒チャーハンをオーダー。先ず、ぐつぐつ煮立った陳麻婆豆腐がサーブされた。あれ？辛さと痺れのパンチが弱い。
前回いただいた陳麻婆豆腐は大量の山椒が特長で汗が噴き出したが、今回は別物の印象。このご時世、価格が上がるのは構わないが、クオリティは維持して欲しい。
一方、海鮮黒チャーハンは具材が豊富で味もよい。この一皿と気持ちのよい挨拶に救われた。
