平日のランチに1人で訪問。
入り口には、”Cash only , 一万円での支払い不可“の表示があります。財布の中の千円札を確認してから入店です。
12時50分で5名のカウンター席には先客1名でカウンター席に案内です。店内奥に有るテーブル席の先客は未確認です。
着席後､ランチメニューの1番上に有る「ネギ叉焼湯麺と炒飯セット」 850円を注文しました。
提供まで約2分の早技です。
「ネギ叉焼湯麺」の麺は提供時間が短い細麺で緩やかなウエーブ入りです。小麦の味が良く分かるタイプで美味しいです。
具材は､チャーシュー千切りとネギの千切り。
チャーシューは八角の風味が有る本格的な味付けです。
塩味のでスープは澄んでいて､綺麗な薄い茶色です。アッサリしているけどコクが有り､スープが飲みやすい濃さで美味しいです。
チャーハンは、玉子に微塵切りの人参とネギが僅かに入っていて色合いも良く見た目に美味しそうです。
どちらかと言うとパラパラですが、期待していたチャーハンとは味がちょっと違い､ピラフの様な感じでした。
カウンター越しに厨房を見ていたら、大きなジャーからチャーハンをよそっていましたので、作り置きなんですね？
チャーハンは少し残念ですが、それ以上に「ネギ叉焼湯麺」のスープと麺が美味しかったです。
