掘りごたつの半個室、落ち着いた空間で
しゃぶしゃぶの「堪能コース」をいただきました。
先付け、魚料理、茶碗蒸しは上品な味付けで
特に可も無く不可も無くといった感じでした。
（筆者は魚が苦手な為、同行者全員の意見です。）
しゃぶしゃぶのお肉は赤身とサシのバランスが
取れており、牛、豚共に大変柔らかかったです。
特に豚は非常に甘みを感じられて上質でした。
特筆すべきはごまだれ！抜群に美味しかったです◎
しゃぶしゃぶは、せっかくお肉の質が良くても
たれでがっかりしてしまう事が多かったのですが、
今までの外食の中でも1番美味しいと感じました。
ポン酢も非常に優しいあっさりとした良いお味でした。
〆にデザートときしめんが出てくるのですが、
きしめんのお出汁が素晴らしく美味しい！
しゃぶしゃぶの後のお鍋に入れるお店でしか
食した事が無かったのですが、絶品でした。
美味しいしゃぶしゃぶをごちそうさまでした！
たれの美味しさだけで評価がかなり上がりました。
また東京に行く際はお邪魔したいお店です。
