I came to Tokyo Big Sight, but I was having trouble with the lunch situation. Convenience stores, Bento (boxed lunch), and simple dishes have a wide variety of options, but when it comes to a proper lunch, it can be a bit of a problem. In the end, we walked to Ariake Garden and went to Restaurants floor. When I was wondering where to go, I found an authentic-looking pizza oven shop! I couldn't pass this up...so I went for a late lunch. I ordered the Calabrese set (1,780 yen). The first appetizer was salami etc. Well, this is what it tastes like? I chose ginger ale for the set drink, but I think a glass of wine would go well with it. Waiting for it to be baked, the visually beautiful Neapolitan pizza appeared! I like the chewy, wheat-like, lightly salty dough. Baked in a pizza oven, it has a strong smokiness. Not only the tomato sauce but also the chili pepper has a strong accent, and the pieces move forward! By the way, the toppings include oregano, capers, eggplant, salami, olives, and mozzarella in addition to chili peppers. I received it well!
