主人と一緒に行きました。
クチコミだと、こってりしてるけど家系ではないとの事。
江戸川ラーメン？との事。
主人は家系あまり得意ではないのですが、家系では無いとのクチコミを信じて。
19時前でしたが、うちらの他には誰もいません。
これから混むのかな？
お店の作りは、昔ながら？のやたらと広い厨房を囲むようにカウンターがありました。
店主？1人しかいないけど、夜は人いるのかな？
とりあえず、ラーメンにしてサイズは中。
こちは、並、中、大とあるので、無難に中。
主人はプラスライスもつけました。
5分程して運ばれてきました〜
まずはスープ。
うん。悪くないね。
醤油トンコツ？
家系ってクチコミ書いてる人いたけど、家系ではないですね。
メチャクチャこってりって訳じゃない。
家系にしてはさっぱりしてる。
あと、醤油も、そこまで主張してない。
たまに、醤油がやたら主張してて、辛くて脂っこいだけのトンコツ醤油とかあるけど、ちゃんとバランス取れてる。
麺は、しっかりしてる。
固さ選べるけど、これ以上硬いのは合わないかな。
油の量や味の濃さも選べるけど、そのままで良いかもです。
量は中が普通のラーメン屋の並ぐらいかな。
並だと男の人は足りないです。
私でも、中にしてもまだ食べられそうでしたから。
うちらが食べ終わる頃に続々と人が入ってきました。
最後まで美味しくいただけました。
