築地本願寺の裏手に位置する、築地6丁目と7丁目は「裏築地」と呼ばれ、安くて美味い居酒屋や飲食店が点在している。
築地場外市場と違い外国人観光客も少なく、落ち着いて飲める老舗の粋なお店が多い。
昭和の佇まいを感じる路地裏にある『雄太』もその一つ。
吉田類の酒場放浪記の番組にも登場している常連客が多い人気の小料理屋である。
カウンター席とテーブル席はいつも満席御礼状態。
お店では、豊洲市場から新鮮な魚介類を仕入れて美味い魚料理を食べさせてくれる。
今夜は友人に誘われて初めて訪問し、魚料理と日本酒を満喫した。

◉新鮮な刺身や魚料理はどれも美味しかった。
特に天然のアジフライは、ふっくら肉厚でフワフワ、サクサク。極上のアジフライに出会った。
また納豆ばくだんは酒の肴に最高だった。
また通い続けたくなる店が一件増えてしまった。
