仕事が忙しくてへとへとだし、最近寒くて冷えが気になっていたので、ランチにNCさんのカレーを食べて元気になろうとお邪魔しました。
平日の昼、開店から15分後にお店に入りました。先客2名、あとからすぐに4組5名来店。海外からの旅行客と思しき方は2組。ビーガンとかベジタリアンとか、海外の方が盛り上がってますもんね。
前々から気になっていた、短角牛のすね肉カレーを注文しました。辛いのが苦手なので、いつも甘口派です。
オーダーから約25分後提供。じっくり丁寧に作っているのがこちらのカレーなので、待つのはやむなし。この日の小鉢はジャガイモでした。優しい味です。
カレーにはお肉がごろごろ入っていました。脂身がないのが短角牛のすね肉カレーの特徴のようです。玄米との相性もよく、ぱくぱくいけちゃいます。カレーは薬膳料理だなあと、NCさんのカレーをいただくたびにしみじみ思います。
あっという間に完食しました。電子マネー各種使えるのもありがたい。
帰宅してからも体がぽかぽかで、胃もたれも全然ありませんでした。午後の仕事も頑張れた。
