日暮里の『中華料理 一力』に訪問。
場所は日暮里駅から谷中銀座手前の路地を入ってすぐ。

『一力』の創業は1968年。
以前は味噌ラーメンやタンメン・もやしそば・チャーハンなど中華の定番メニューがあったようですが、2016年に御主人が他界され奥様一人の現在は潔くラーメン(大盛可)と餃子の２品のみ提供。
今回は餃子はパスしラーメンのみを注文。

トッピングのチャーシュー・メンマ・ナルト・ほうれん草・ネギがこじんまりとのったオーソドックスな東京ラーメン。
透明感ある鶏ガラベースのスッキリ醤油スープ。
おそらく豚も使っているのだろう、コクもありふくよかな旨味が染み渡る。

少し縮れの入った中華麺。
やや柔らかめの茹で加減だが優しいスープにはピッタリだ。
こういうラーメンは麺を啜りながら本当にホッとするなぁ～
気が付けばスープまで飲み干し完食。
今にして思えば餃子も食べておけば良かったなと後悔・・・

時が止まったような落ち着いた店内で啜る１杯。
年輪を積み重ねた深みある味わいに心身とも癒されました。
