今日のおかずは、鮭のはらす焼きでした。
脂が乗っていて、いい塩梅でとても美味しかったです。
お味噌汁のキャベツと揚げが良い感じ。
トロロはたっぷりで、最後まで楽しめました。

月の井御膳 1100円
日替わりです。今日は、海老のかき揚げ、お刺身、豚肉とミョウガの和え物、ご飯はもち麦にしました。
かき揚げはサクサクです。
豚肉は甘めの味付けに、ミョウガがアクセントになってサッパリ頂けます。
お刺身は小ぶりだけど、新鮮で美味しい。
そしてお味噌汁が、またいい。懐かしいお母さんのみたいです。
人気があって、お客さんが絶えません。
注文から提供までが少し時間がかかるので、
時間に余裕がある時が、安心ですよ。
