田原町にあるイタリアンレストラン。
お洒落ですがカジュアルに楽しめる雰囲気です。
テーブル配置はゆったりとしているので、落ち着いて食事ができます。
店内には立派なピザ釜もあり、アラカルトで豊富なメニューが楽しめます。またワインの種類も豊富で、ボトルは三千円台から一万円台まで幅広く揃っているので、シーンに合わせて利用ができそうです。
今回注文したのは以下。
◻︎「白レバーのテリーヌ イチジクのジャムとくるみのキャラメリーゼ」/1650円
滑らかな白レバーのテリーヌ！甘めの風味で、デザートかのような一品。付け合わせのジャムや胡桃も相性抜群です。
◻︎「本日の前菜3種盛り合わせ」/1540円
・豚肩ロース トンナータソース
・サーモンのカルパッチョ
・フリッタータ
どの前菜も美味しいです。特にソースにこだわりが感じられます。
◻︎「トリッパのトマト煮込みグラタン仕立て」/1540円
たっぷりのトマトソースにトリッパが入った一品。トリッパは弾力のある食感で柔らかく、濃厚なトマトソースがよく合います。
◻︎「アクアパッツァ」/2640円
鮮魚を丸ごと調理したアクアパッツァ。魚の身は柔らかく、スープの旨みが染みています。ムール貝やアサリも美味でした。
◻︎ 「パスタ チェリートマトとパルミジャーノのトマトソース ナポリの靴磨き職人風」/1980円
自家製シャラティエッリ(ミルクとバジルを練り込んだ太目のロングパスタ)を使ったパスタ。コシのある太めのパスタに、トマトとパルミジャーノのコクたっぷりのソースが絡み、絶品です。
◻︎「ピッツァ モンテ」スモール/1210円
耳はサクッふわっとした食感に香ばしい香りが楽しめる美味しいピッツァ。モッツァレラのミルキーなコクと、イタリア産ハムやキノコの素材の良さが味わえます。
どの料理も本格的な美味しさでした。
コースも良いけれど、アラカルトで選ぶ楽しさを感じられるレストランでした。
