東京浅草『La Maison du 一升 Vin（ラメゾンドゥイッショウビン）』さん、相模屋本店さんコラボレートの串と鍬焼き、ワインと日本酒のお店です
目黒の『キッチン セロ』さんに伺った際に系列店と知りの訪問です
鉄板での鍬焼きや串揚げメニュー豊富です、テラス席でペットも可のようですね
この日は
「ポテトサラダ」
イノシシと木の芽のポテトサラダは濃い旨みと爽やかな山椒の風味、少しピリっと刺激あり病みつき系です
「鍬焼き」は海老パン、紋甲イカバジル、はんぺんしそチーズ焼きを1ポンすついただきました、アテにもメインにもできるよいメニューですね
