チェーンと侮るなかれ
先日、都内にも何店舗かある「わらやき屋」へ行ってきました。
1月の四国旅行から、何回か東京や千葉でカツオを食べましたが、
高知のカツオを超える味はなかったです。
で、今回はダイヤモンドダイニング社長の
地元である高知をフューチャーしたお店。
食べた、かつおの藁焼きは、まさしく高知でたべたカツオの味。
東京で、この味が1,000円と少し位で食べられるのは、
ほんと幸せです。
お酒も高知の蔵のお酒が多く、自分も蔵見学させてもらった
亀泉酒造のCELLも、甘く口当たり良く美味しかった。
料理も総じて美味しいですし、藁焼きの火の上がり方とか雰囲気も良い。
また来店したいと思わせる良店でした。

今回は友人といったので、
飲み放題付き6,000円のプランで。
こちらがあまり考えなくても、
料理が出てくるので、楽に会話ができます。
あとカウンターだったので、
藁焼きの際、火力の熱さを感じられてグッド。
友人は初めて藁焼きを食べたので、
とても満足してくれました(*´∀`)
