食べログの口コミを見ておいしそうだったので行ってみました。
券売機で特製こってり塩生姜ラーメンをポチり。
1300円也。
具はのり3枚・ゆで卵半分・鶏チャーシュー・豚チャーシュー・ワンタン・千切り生姜・カイワレ・青菜 です。
こってりは背脂入りです。
さっそくスープを一口。
う、、うまい！
やさしい塩味の中にコクのパンチもあり、生姜と背脂の風味が口いっぱいに広がって、五臓六腑にしみわたります。
これはおいしいです。
寒い日の夜に行ったので、アッツアツのスープがよけいにおいしく、レンゲを運ぶ手が止まりませんでした。
麺は見た目パツパツ系かと思いきや、スープによく合う程よく柔らかさのあるやさしい麺。
細麺なのでスルスルいけちゃいますね。
チャーシュー、ワンタンにおいても一つ一つがおいしくて、あっという間に残りわずかになってしまってました。
残りも少なくなってそこの方からかき混ぜるとすりおろした生姜がたっっぷり！
これは最初からかき混ぜておくべきだったなぁ！
と思いました。
最後は卓上にあった生姜のお酢を投入して。
これもめちゃウマ。
GOTO HEAVEN。
スープがお酢に負けずに仲良く手を取り合っています。
寒い冬に最後までアツアツで食べれるのも嬉しい。
スープも最後まで飲み切れるくらい丁度いい量で、完食・完飲です。
一度たべたらまた食べたくなるような、魅力あふれる一杯でした。
