スタートからデザート、ワインまで大満足
今回は鯛のパイ包み焼きでしたが、これは絶対に味わうべき逸品！
ただ、このお店はパイ包み焼きだけではなく、パテや自家製サーモンも絶品。
グラスワインの種類は少ないですが、お料理にぴったりのワインなので、こちらも満足。
ソムリエさんもシェフもとても感じが良く、ついつい長居してしまいました。
また伺いたいと思います。

クリスマスメニューしか選べなくなっていて、少しお高めではありましたが仕方ないですね。
店内は満席でした。
このお店のこじんまりした広さがまた好きです。
こちらの名物は、自家製サーモンの燻製とパイ包み焼き。
どちらもコースに入っていました。
友人は、一度ここのサーモンの燻製を食べたら、他のは食べられないというほどお気に入りです。
アミューズからデザートまで、今回も本当にどれもおいしく大満足でした。
一年に一度は必ず来たいお店です。
