About 7 minutes after sitting down, the mentaiko red carbonara arrived~♪ Mentaiko, chopped green onions, shredded perilla leaves, and warm egg are on top of sticky pasta~ Authentic Italian style without fresh cream. It's a windy carbonara. The cheese and egg carbonara is served with an extra hot egg, so it's melty and rich. Raw garlic and persimmon seeds make this a delicious and unusual item. It was so delicious!
