今回は神田のいわし料理屋【大松】です。
ランチが安い店としても有名です。
注文の流れとしては以下。
・外の看板を見てオーダーを決める
・入口すぐのカウンターで店員さんに注文(先払い)
・タグを渡されたら空いてる席に座り、タグを机の上に置き待機
・料理提供
店内はカウンターやテーブルありますが、サラリーマンでごった返してます。相席前提なので、1人でサクッと食べに来るところという印象です。
【あじ・いわしフライ定食】¥500
ご飯、味噌汁、小鉢(もやしナムル的なの)、アジフライ、イワシフライ、千切りキャベツ、という布陣。
卓上にはソース、醤油、塩、七味、ふりかけがあります。
フライはどちらも臭みはなく、サクサクとした食感。皿に辛子がついているので、ソースと合わせつつご飯を食べ進めます。ふりかけはかつお味だと思いますが久々に食べるとなんか美味しいですね。
味は普通ですが、このご時世にこの立地で、この価格で食べられるのが凄いですね。他の定食も食べてみたいですが、雰囲気が少し苦手かな。ごちそうさまでした。
