〜注文内容〜
『ランチミニコース』(2,200円)
◉前菜4種盛り合わせ
・干し豆腐
・烏骨鶏卵のピータン
・豚チャーシュー
・鴨チャーシュー
◉春筍と柔甘ねぎの干しエビ煮込み
◉里麺（リーメン）
◉杏仁豆腐
今回注文したのランチミニコースは
前菜盛り合わせ、おまかせ一品、メインが
セットになったボリューミーな内容です。
前菜4品からしっかり充実した内容で
本日のおまかせの一品は干し海老煮込み。
春筍のシャキシャキで食感が凄く印象的で
春を感じれる一品でした。
そしてスペシャリテは里麺（リーメン）。
里麺とはクロレラを練り込んだ緑色の麺に
細切り焼豚や長葱などの具材を合わせて
ごま油ベースのタレで和えた冷たい麺。
ツルンとした麺でしっかりコシがあり
さっぱりとした味わいで食べやすく、
ザーサイの塩味が良いアクセント。
夏に食べたい冷たい麺ランク入りです。
充実の料理内容でデザートまでついて
2,200円は安いのではないでしょうか。
