溜池山王、隠れ家的場所にあるお鮨屋さん。
カウンター七席、個室六席と小さなお店です。
大将はグランドハイアット東京の鮨屋にて経験を積んでおり、そののち代々木上原の名店、すし久遠の姉妹店として暖簾分けをゆるされ、このすし久遠くまがいをオープンさせたそうです。
握りと肴が交互に出てくるスタイルで、次は何が出てくるんだろうととてもワクワクさせてくれます。
ついついカウンターから顔を出してしまう…(*´ω`*)
握りの繊細さ、技術は一級品！(*´ω`*)
ネタによって温度やシャリを変えたりとこだわりも素晴らしい。
大将がとても面白くてお話の上手な方で、へぇ〜と思うような話を聞きつついただくお鮨は最高でした。
この日は特に海老とウニが印象的でした。
大きなエビのプリプリ感とシャリのバランス、
ウニの濃厚さ…
あともう少し食べたい…、と思わせてくれる唯一無二のお鮨。
器もこだわられていて見た目の美しさも抜群です。
また季節を変えて伺いたいです。
