赤坂見附駅前すぐ2千円で飲める店。ビル2階の24時間営業。19時過ぎに入ると1人きりだが、20時ごろには賑わい始める。
餃子専門店のような店名だが、中華料理店同様のラインナップ。ドリンクメニュー豊富で、紹興酒なども充実。ラーメンもあり。
今回は餃子とチャンジャ、ニラレバ炒めを注文した。
餃子の皮が厚く甘い。餡は挽肉多めニラキャベツ少なめ構成。餃子を店名に掲げている割には....？と思ってしまうレベル。
きゅうりの千切りと黒胡麻がトッピングされているものの、ごくありふれたチャンジャ。
レバニラはレバーともやしニラとにんじんの具材を醤油ベース中華だしたっぷりの濃いめの味付け。ご飯が食べたくなる味付け。
最後に餃子をレバニラのソースで食べたら据置餃子タレで食べるよりも格段に美味さアップした。
1人無言で密なし^_^。ビール2、メガハイ1頂き終了。
