The cold days are still continuing. It's very cold again today, so let's eat my favorite shark fin soup soba! So I went to this store in Akasaka Mitsuke where I was doing BM. I was intrigued because it was run by a chef from Chikushiro. I love Tsukushiro's shark fin soup soba so much that I have high expectations! Of course, I ordered the Tsuyu Soba Set (with small rice and almond tofu) for 1,800 yen! Now, the tsuyu soba that came was the best one that did not disappoint. The thin noodles are entwined with the rich soup and are irresistible. On the way, I received some black vinegar to give it a sour taste.Although it was small, there was a fair amount of shark fin in it, so it was a luxurious dish that I could enjoy until the end of the meal. The table next to me seemed to be having a business lunch, and they ordered the stew shark fin set for 4,200 yen, but this was a mini course and was a great deal. I think this is a restaurant where you can eat shark fin at a very reasonable price, as well as tsuyu soba. Next time, let's try the figure stew set! I'll come back later!
