焼肉では無い牛タン、久しぶりです。
本日は東京・赤坂。
《AKASAKA Tan伍》の特選石焼き牛タンコース6,580円です。
お店はお肉屋さんとは思えないスタイリッシュなお洒落な空間。
落ち着いて食事が楽しめます。
単品もありますが、コース料理が色々食べれて、お値打ちです。
大きく分けて、しゃぶしゃぶか石焼に分かれており
今日は興味深い石焼のコースを注文。
・牛たんスモークのコブサラダ
・牛タン寿司盛合せ
・とろとろ茹でタン 白髪ネギ添え
・牛たんシチュー
・特選石焼き牛タン
・プライムビーフの石焼きハラミ
・牛タンしぐれの焼きおにぎりの出汁茶漬
牛タンずくしだから当たり前なのですが、全てのお料理に牛タンが入ってます。
コースが始まる前に、本日のアミューズと銘打ってスープが。
かぼちゃ？ですかね。聞き忘れちゃいましたが、濃厚な感じが美味しいです。
スープで温めるいざコースの始まり、最初は牛たんスモークのコブサラダ。
アボカドとゆで卵にスモークタンが絶妙にあいますね。
ドレッシングも美味しく、バクバクサラダが食べれます。
続いては牛タン寿司盛合せ。
２品目で炭水化物のお寿司。生で真っ赤な生ハムとスモークしてある牛タン。
食べ比べが出来き、薄切りお肉が噛むとジワ～っと旨味が溢れ出てきます。
酢飯に良く合うのは、正直意外な組み合わせです。
遇タンの生ハムって初体験です。
小ぶりなので、そんなにお腹に影響なく食べれます。
続いては茹でタン。
茹でタンは、食べた事はあるのですがこちらの結構上品な仕上がり。
とにかく柔らかく抜群に旨い。
お肉も美味しいですが、旨味が溢れるスープも最高。というかこれスープ料理ですね、完全に。
次は牛たんシチュー。
当たり前ですが、タンが続くのですが不思議と飽きがこない。
デミグラスソースで煮込まれたタンシチュー。こちらも柔らかいのですが
先程の茹でタンとは異なる美味しさ。
このソース、ご飯にかけて食べたい！！
ここでメインディッシュ。特選石焼き牛タン。
こちらは始めて牛タン以外のお肉、ハラミとセット。
3種類のタレを使い分けていただけます。
熱々に熱した石焼では、あっという間に焼きあがります。
胡麻油やネギ塩と食べるお肉は、お肉そのものを味わう感じ。
ここまで全6種類の牛タンずくし。それぞれ異なる美味しさが楽しめます。
初めての経験ですが、大満足です。
コースの最後は、牛タンのしぐれが入った焼きおにぎりのお茶漬け。
香ばしい焼きおにぎり。
最後まで、手の込んだ牛タン料理です。
コースのメインは石焼き牛タンですが、どのお料理がメインでも
おかしくない一品一品が手の込んだ牛タン料理。
雰囲気も良いお店で、至福なひと時でした。
