六本木交差点辺り12時前
この辺りでお気に入りの黒猫昼に向かう途中
「おすゝめ 大穴子天丼」が目に入り計画変更してこちらへ
雑居ビルの階段降りると調理場をカウンターが囲む昔ながらの天ぷら専門店な構え
早めのランチタイムのせいかほぼ空席
オーダーは当然大穴子天丼@1,100
ベテランなご夫婦の2人オペレーションが気取らず居心地良し
大将が天ぷら揚げる進行見計らって、おかみさんが小鉢と香の物、赤だしをセット
カウンター越しに大将が大穴子天を出してくれる
蒸れすぎないようにすぐに蓋を開けて頂きまーす
「大穴子」で想像した丼からはみ出す穴子では無く、三つに切られた穴子・海老にピーマン・椎茸・茄子というラインナップ
濃〜い丼ツユにくぐらせた天ぷらは蓋はすぐに開けたのにしっとり系
も少しサクッと感が残った方が好みだが、火入れ加減はいい仕事で無問題
親父のストライクど真ん中なしっかり濃い丼ツユがたっぷり染みて旨し
見た目は濃いが塩気は薄く旨味が強い丼ツユってなかなか無いんだよねー
お店の雰囲気と言いこの天ぷら&丼ツユと言い、懐かしい昭和な天丼
旬の穴子は期待したボリューム感は少し足りないもののふっくらしていい感じ
コチラも小ぶりな海老はプリッとして旨し
香の物はかくやと糠漬け
沢庵と胡瓜を細かく刻んで和えたかくやがサッパリして良い箸休め
しっかり完食してごちそうさま
この辺りで天丼と言うと百舌亭さん休業以来、芋洗坂下の味覚さん一辺倒だったけど、コチラもアリだなー
