表参道のHugo Bossのすぐ脇に位置するお寿司屋さんは、銀座の高級店とは異なりますが、同じ系列でありながらカジュアルで高品質な回転寿司を提供しています。
入り口から右手に進むと、回転寿司エリアではなく、職人さんが目の前で握ってくれるカウンターがあります。
ここではタブレットでオーダーをし、目の前で握り寿司を提供してもらいます。どの寿司も新鮮で美味しいです。特に季節の握りはリーズナブルでありながら素晴らしい味わいです。私が印象に残ったのは、ウニとほうぼう、そして絶品のいかでした。
回転寿司のメニューには一部オーダーできる寿司もあり、納豆巻きも試してみましたが、これもまた絶品でした。
最後に、本格的な味噌ラーメンをいただき、お腹いっぱいになりましたが、なんと1万円以下という価格帯で提供されているため、非常にコスパが優れていると感じました。
