表参道にある焼肉零條さんへ。
AOビルの脇の道を少し入るとすぐに地下に降りる階段が。お店は和食屋さんの様な雰囲気で、とても清潔感がありました。
今回は、椿コースをオーダー。
気になるメニューは、アラカルトで注文しました。
前菜は生うにキャビア素麺。これ激ウマです。酸味のあるソースと、ウニとキャビアの絶妙なバランスが素晴らしい！！
和牛と烏賊のタルタル 海鮮とお肉の組み合わせですがこれがまた合う。
和牛しゃぶしゃぶ サシの入ったお肉に白葱や茗荷をふんだんに巻いて、さっぱりおろしポン酢で！なかなか脂がきつくなってきている私にピッタリの一品。食べ方の提案をしてくれるのも嬉しいポイントです。
黒毛和牛のタンは、今まで食べたタンの中でトップクラスの美味しさでした。薄く削った昆布や、グレープフルーツが添えられ、好きな様に味わう事ができます。
それからなんといっても フィレ肉の焼きすきサマートリュフ添え！！！ これは忘れられない逸品でした。赤身好きには、たまらない旨さ。一口ご飯に、残った卵トリュフをかけて卵かけごはんにできるのもとても良かったです。
スタッフの方々の対応、お店やお手洗いの清潔感、匂いが服につかないところも女性としては好印象でした。全席個室で、子連れでもオッケーとの事なので、デートや接待だけでなく家族でもゆっくりご飯を楽しめると思います。また伺います。
