美味しい麻婆豆腐を求めて
月曜 ランチ 12:05 お店へ入店しました。
結構まだまだ空いてる感じです。
＜オーダー＞
麻婆豆腐 定食1,100円
いただきました。
料理も、十分くらいで出て来たのでスピードは早いです。
麻婆豆腐は豆腐がやや甘く仕上がっているタイプで、
全体的な味付けは、四川麻婆豆腐と比較したらそこまでは辛くない味付けで食べやすかったです。
個人的にはもう少し、四川花椒がスパイスとしてきいていて、「麻（マー）」が強いタイプが好みだと改めて思いました。
