今回は西早稲田の二郎系ラーメン屋さんへ
店主は神奈川の豚星。出身とのこと
高田馬場駅からだと徒歩10分程
平日19:30頃
カウンター9席とテーブル3卓の店内
入店時は7割くらいの客入りでしたが
退店時には外待ち6人程に
並ぶ時は食券を購入して
店員さんに渡してからとなります
お水はセルフで給水機は入口の券売機の横
レンゲもそこにあります
●プチラーメン(麺量150g、豚2枚)(900円)
初めてだったので
無理をせずに美味しくいただけそうな
プチラーメンをチョイス
トッピングはヤサイ、ニンニク、アブラ、カラメ
今回はニンニク少なめをコール
スープは微乳化なのかな？やや甘めの豚スープ
麺はそこまで太くはなくツルっと啜り心地良し
ヤサイはシャキ感のあるキャベツとモヤシ
美味しく完食です
食券購入時には気付かなかったけど
トッピングの「おいしい脂」ってのも美味しそう
次回チャレンジしてみよっと！
